Shipping

Jhordan Military Gear strategically located distribution centers and expertise in shipping enables us to offer reliable and cost-effective shipping solutions. Orders are usually shipped within 72 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays, some special items may take longer. Our normal operating hours for order processing is Monday thru Friday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. eastern standard time. If you want your order rushed please give us a call at 813-300-5606, there is a $10.00 additional charge for rush orders. If we are temporarily out of stock and the item is backordered, we will ship the item upon receipt, normally causing a day or two delay. Continental United States orders are shipped prepaid via United Parcel Service (UPS), FED EX, or United States Postal Service (USPS) unless size or weight limitations dictate otherwise. Jhordan Military Gear reserves the right to determine the means of shipping. All orders are shipped F.O.B. ORIGIN (Shipping Point). Shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice of all open account and credit card purchases. Jhordan Military Gear does not determine the cost of shipping, once the customer determine the shipping carrier, the shipping cost is determine by that carrier thru an automated system at the time of purchase. Jhordan Military Gear computer system determine the handle charge based on packaging and shipping within the United States or international. International rate are slighly higher for handling due to the order being hand delivered to the carrier for scanning and tracking purposes.

Inventory

Most of our items are In-Stock and ready for immediate delivery. However, our inventory is constanly changing. There are some items that may have more than a 72 hour shipping time, excluding backorders. If the availability is more than 72 hours we will notify you. Depending on when the order is received, it can take up to 7 days for delivery as these products will be ordered from our vendors and shipped directly to you. International orders may take even longer for these items. Due to economic changes, some vendors have changed their purchasing policy and trim their staff, which might affect our flow of supply. If in any case we can not fulfill your order, we will inform you and refund your money back to your account.

Note: Special Offers are items that are surplus or excellent functional items that maybe separated from its case and are sold individually. Liquidation/Surplus are current existing stock items in the warehouse. These items are subject to availability as they are quickly sold at lower prices. These items may run out at anytime. Sometimes the liquidation surplus item has lower remaining quantities left, please give us a call to confirm its availability as inventory changes hourly.
