TERMS and CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to accept or reject any and all orders, regardless of the manner in which the order is made. Orders become valid, and the sale shall be deemed made subject to the terms set forth herein. All sales are subject to the laws of the States of Florida, and venue for all disputes shall be in the courts of Florida, modification or revision of your order shall be valid unless agreed to in writing by Jhordan Military Gear. Any terms and conditions set forth in the buyer’s purchase order shall not materially alter terms and conditions set forth herein.
Terms: Payment due at time of purchase or net 30 days for credit customers, F.O.B. Tampa, Florida.
No returns: Non-returnable items would include any product that is special order, items that have been marked or engraved, broken packaging, items not sent back in original packaging, customized items, any sterile product that has been opened, items purchased for resale, items determined not to be in resalable condition, and merchandise more than 30 days old from Jhordan Military Gear invoice date.
The prices shown on this web site are current. However, although rare, errors in pricing may be posted. Prices are subject to change without notice. Every attempt will be made to notify you prior to shipment of any price variation. Some products are not available for sale in select states, regions or countries.
RETURN FOR REPAIRS
Items to be returned for repair must be prepared according to the most recent carrier requirements. Items must be properly cleaned and verified with a statement on the outside of the package. Proof of purchase must be included with all manufacturer warranty repairs.
All claims for damage occurring in transit must be made upon receipt of goods by customer directly to the carrier. Please save all boxes and packing material. All shipment errors must be reported immediately upon receipt to the Jhordan Military Gear Customer Service Department.
Government agencies and municipalities may purchase on open account. All others may apply for open account status by completing a Credit Application. (link) Individuals may purchase by prepaid orders (Money Order), or Master Card, VISA, Discover or American Express.
Accounts delinquent over 30 days will be charged at a rate of 1.5% per month or 18% annually. Accounts past due 45 days revert to C.O.D. status.
In an effort to help our customers, we have marked many products as “Latex Free.” It is the intent of Jhordan Military Gear to sell non-latex products where indicated; however, we cannot control changes due to manufacturing and may sell a product containing latex even though it is indicated as “no latex.” We recommends that customers closely and thoroughly inspect all products and product labels for latex information before using a product.
