At Jhordan Military Gear, we recognize there are times when customers need to return an item. To help make the process a seamless one, please contact our customer service department to obtain a return authorization number prior to returning a product. This will help expedite your return and allow us to give you the proper credit. If we have fallen short and created the error, we will have the product picked up and apply a full credit to your account.
If you decide you do not want the product and wish to return it, please let us no so we can give you a return authorization number. Customers returning items due to no fault of Jhordan Medical Gear are required to pay return shipping cost. When calling for a return authorization number it is extremely helpful if you have your invoice number and product number available.
We will issue a separate return authorization number for each invoice. Once you have the return authorization number, please put the number on the outside of the box and ship to the designated warehouse. If possible please send a copy of the invoice with the package.
There will be a 20 % restocking fee for product returned unless it is due to our error. Customized item are not accepted unless it is due to our error. Returned items must be in the original sealed package and in new condition. Items that you wish to return after 30 days from the invoice date will receive a 50% restocking fee. This will be deducted from the credited invoice.
Return Authorization numbers are valid for 30 days after the date they are issued. If you have any questions please give us a call.
